Terms of Service

The clear, practical rules for using InboxLoop and connecting your social engagement automations.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an InboxLoop account, connecting a platform account, or using our website and service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use InboxLoop on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The InboxLoop service

InboxLoop provides tools for configuring and operating social engagement automations, including features related to Instagram Professional accounts. Features may change as the product develops, particularly during early access.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of InboxLoop, your automation content, and your connected accounts comply with applicable laws and the terms and policies of Meta and Instagram.

3. Your account and workspace

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace, including actions taken by team members you invite.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses normal workspace controls or use the service to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.

4. Connected accounts and automation

You control the Instagram Professional account that you connect and the automations that you configure. You are responsible for reviewing triggers, messages, timing, and outcomes before enabling an automation.

InboxLoop is not responsible for platform outages, delivery issues, permission changes, or other events controlled by Meta, Instagram, or third-party services.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use InboxLoop to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or spam-like communications; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or violate the policies of a connected platform.

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe that use of InboxLoop creates a security, legal, platform-policy, or service-integrity risk.

6. Fees and early access

Paid features, billing cycles, taxes, cancellation terms, and refunds will be presented before payment is required. Early access pricing or capabilities may change as the product matures, but changes to active paid subscriptions will be communicated appropriately.

7. Intellectual property

InboxLoop and its underlying software, brand, and content are owned by InboxLoop or its licensors. You retain your rights in the content, data, and automation messages you provide to the service.

InboxLoop is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

You grant InboxLoop a limited right to process your content and data only as needed to operate, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

InboxLoop is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions about these terms, contact hello@inboxloop.in.
