Reversible
If Instagram authorization is removed
This happens when access to InboxLoop is removed from the connected Instagram or Meta account. InboxLoop immediately stops using that authorization, but it does not treat the action as a request to erase the Workspace history.
Removed or disabled
- The Instagram access token and its expiry information.
- InboxLoop's ability to receive or send activity for that connection.
- Published status for Workspace Automations; they are changed to unpublished.
- Any running or waiting Automation journeys; they are cancelled.
Kept in InboxLoop
- Your organization, Workspace, and team access.
- The disconnected channel record so InboxLoop can show that reconnection is required.
- Contacts, analytics, Automation definitions, and previous activity history.
- The minimum Instagram identifier needed to recognize repeated deauthorization notices.
Reconnecting restores authorization, but previously cancelled Automation journeys do not restart from the middle. Review and publish the Automations you want to run again.
